FileStore provides a platform that allows users to upload files and generate shareable links for downloading and sharing content.

5. Copyright and Content Removal

- FileStore is not responsible for content uploaded by users.
6. Account Suspension and Termination

- You upload prohibited or illegal content

- Your activity poses risk to the Service or other users
Upon termination, your access to the Service and stored files may be removed.
7. File Availability and Deletion
We do not guarantee permanent storage of files.
Files may be deleted due to:
- Expiration settings
- Plan limitations
- Inactivity
- Policy violations
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
8. Payments and Billing
Paid plans and upgrades are processed securely through Razorpay.
All payments are:
- Subject to plan terms and pricing
- Non-refundable except where required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
9. Advertising
FileStore may display advertisements on public file download pages.
By using the Service, you agree to the display of such advertisements.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileStore shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data or files
- Service interruptions
- Unauthorized access
- Indirect or consequential damages
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FileStore from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your uploaded content
- Your violation of these Terms

Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
